Q:why do you do full PCI enumeration in boot loader? It can be done by OS later.  A: We do it in SBL which only has < 1ms performance impact, also gfx, usb device needs to be used before OS loading.
Q: Where can we find a detailed specification of the HW states right after transferring control to the OS, e.g. register values, processor modes, memory layouts, etc.?  A: not for registers value but there’s spec for the memory layout.
Q: How to add new platform support?  A: Create a delta file derived from the APL default configure file. For other platform, may need minimum codes for the config.
