You are missing build dependencies on your machine (at least libevent-dev and libpciaccess-dev from what I can see below). Can you make sure you have all build dependencies correctly

Do you use Ubuntu 18.04?

Yes, it’s easier to support 2 VMs than 4. Your configuration is doable.
May I know your machine module, brand, CPU type?

I don't know how to solve the probem about the tmp init fault. But if the windows is not installed , you can try to check the dmesg for more infomation.
