Unfortunately that platform (Kaby Lake processor) does not support RDT/CAT. From the list of HW that ACRN support, Apollo Lake (e.g. UP2 board) supports CAT at least.

Unfortunately we do not have a complete ISO image that includes ACRN. ACRN is easy to set-up on Ubuntu on a supported system via the Debian Packaging
