That depends on how you trigger vm-exit.

Basically, VMM needs to advance the GIP to mark the end of execution of the guest instruction.

I called 'vmexit' from the hypervisor console, that displayed a bunch of info
on the screen... but I don't know how to return to the console (and I couldn't
find that in the online doc). What's the trick?
